Biggest Morning Tea at Eumundi
A 'Biggest Morning Tea' was celebrated at Eumundi on 12th May 2011 and Betty Johnston was the guest speaker for the 80-90 guests.
The 'Biggest Morning Tea' is a fundraiser for Cancer Research. This one was held under a magnificent fig tree on a property between Eumundi and Cooroy.
What a fabulous venue! Under the huge moreton bay fig tree; beside a small lake; experienced barista on hand to ensure the coffee was the finest available.... having fun AND fundraising for cancer research! Way to go. Thank you Jackie for organising the event.
Betty was the guest speaker for a very responsive audience. One of the books was donated to assist in the fundraising efforts. The photo depicts only a portion of the audience - but really shows off the wonderful venue! That's Betty in the centre, with the roving microphone.
